Palestinian Climate Strategy CIC is seeking new volunteer Non-Executive Directors to join our Board.
We are transition to become a UK Community Interest Company (CIC) to continue our mission to build a pioneering platform for climate justice, ecological resilience, and liberation strategy, rooted in solidarity with the Palestinian people and communities across the Global South.
Our aim is to bring together researchers, strategists, creatives, and organisers to build tools, campaigns, and narratives that link environmental justice to colonial histories, extractive economies, and liberation struggles, with a focus on policy, education, and cross-border organising.
We are assembling our founding Board of Directors and seeking individuals who are aligned with our values and interested in shaping the foundation of this institution. This is a voluntary, non-executive governance role, ideal for someone who wants to support strategy and accountability, without being involved in day-to-day operations.

We meet about four times a year online, with occasional check-ins or contributions between meetings. The role is unpaid, but expenses can be reimbursed, but we just ask for a 12-month initial commitment, renewable annually.
We’ll support you with a short onboarding pack, and all meetings are remote and accessible. Scheduling is flexible and responsive to your time zone or care responsibilities.
